Behind the Scenes: The Visionary Nurse Leading the Charge
I’m Katrina Willis, RN, the Founder/CEO of Graceful Nurses. With over 15 years of nursing experience, I’ve worked in diverse settings including the VA hospital as a floor nurse, as a traveling nurse during the pandemic, and as a charge nurse. Today, I proudly lead my own company.
My journey into nursing began at a young age, driven by a personal experience. Witnessing my grandmother’s battle with cancer and the compassionate care provided by a hospice nurse left a profound impact on me. In the midst of chaos and anguish, that nurse brought a sense of calm and comfort. I knew then that I wanted to make people feel the same way—to alleviate their pain and provide solace.
This calling has guided me throughout my career and led me to establish Graceful Nurses. Rooted in love, passion, and a commitment to serve my community, our agency is dedicated to delivering exceptional nursing care. We believe in providing a graceful touch to those in need, making a positive difference in their lives.
I am not only a nurse but also a wife and a proud mother of three young men. With a solid foundation from Galen College of Nursing, I bring a wealth of expertise to our agency. I am honored to lead a team of dedicated professionals who share our vision of compassionate care.
